Products

This post is just to show a few of you what products I personally use. It's always important to find something you like and stick with it! These are just my preferences and if you are struggling to find something that works for you I would highly recommend these products!

First things first, take your makeup off before going to bed. A lot of the times we hate to do this because it leaves our face feeling oily. However, I have never had a problem using MaryKay makeup remover (below). Even if you don't use this particular brand, I would encourage you to take your makeup off before a good night's beauty sleep.

Next, rinse your face with some luke-warm water. I am obviously loyal to MaryKay brand, however, no matter what brand, make sure to WASH AND MOISTURIZE. This face wash is fun because it has beadlets that pop and produce soap when you scrub them. The moisturizer has an SPF of 15 which is important because getting sunburned on your face dries it out. This product is killing two birds with one stone!

Finally, those with acne or pimples, I would highly recommend this product to you. doTERRA essential skin care is my lifesaver! I use the Topical Blend clearskin. I honestly can see a difference just overnight! I have the roll on kind, so it is simple and quick to use. Make sure you are not sharing with family member though, it is important to keep it subject to your own skin.

The Why of Simple Radiance

I created this blog to provide a free, accessible webpage where the public can go to gain advice on different skin care techniques. Whenever I encounter teenage girls and guys alike, one of their major concerns is their skin! Skin can play such a big role in self image and self confidence. Throughout adolescence, it is vital to have this positive self image of yourself. However, when you don't feel comfortable in your own skin, it's hard to feel good at all. I hope to provide people with my knowledge, techniques, and routines for healthy, radiant skin. Hopefully everyone can take away one tip and implement it into their everyday hygiene routine. Everyone deserves to feel beautiful (or handsome) and healthy, glowing skin is the first step to getting there! Feel free to look around, comment, ask questions, and enjoy!
